About the Role

The Statutory Reporting Manager plays a key role in ensuring an effective, efficient, and timely statutory reporting compliance process. As part of the Statutory Reporting team, this position supports the delivery of reporting activities and external audit oversight for designated legal entities while helping maintain strong financial governance and compliance. Reporting to the Statutory Reporting Lead, the role contributes to the successful execution of statutory reporting activities, supports the resolution of reporting challenges, and promotes continuous improvement across processes and controls. The position also provides leadership to team members, helping to ensure high-quality outcomes while collaborating with finance and business stakeholders. Through strong oversight, problem-solving, and process improvement, this role helps support reliable statutory reporting and organizational objectives.
 

How You Will Contribute

  • Prepare statutory financial statements for assigned countries or regions in line with reporting requirements, including support for external audits
  • Lead and review team activities to ensure work is completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
  • Support the execution of the Statutory Reporting plan in partnership with the Statutory Reporting Lead.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes and strengthen controls.
  • Identify and resolve reporting issues by proposing solutions and escalating concerns when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and legal entity boards to support reporting outcomes and process improvements.
  • Monitor legislative developments and help ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and filing deadlines.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and communicate reporting outcomes to relevant internal and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional designation such as Chartered Accountant, ACCA or similar would be an asset
  • At least 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably within a multinational organization or in audit
  • Strong knowledge of statutory reporting and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with Workiva for Global Statutory Reporting will be a plus
  • Experience in leading and developing teams, including providing direction, coaching, and feedback (at least 2 years)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and maintaining effective financial controls.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with strong technical finance capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and fluency in English.

Base Salary Range:

zł169,600.00 - zł233,200.00

The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
