Job Description
- Develop and execute market access strategies that support country objectives and address complex access challenges.
- Lead market research and pricing studies to generate insights that inform access and reimbursement decisions.
- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on market access strategy and implementation.
- Conduct economic and access analyses and recommend improvements that strengthen access outcomes.
- Support pricing and reimbursement negotiations and represent the organization with external stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Design and implement pricing and reimbursement approaches aligned with country access plans.
- Communicate compelling value propositions to help stakeholders recognize the benefits of the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance across all access activities with applicable legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, health economics, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
- Knowledge of national pricing and reimbursement systems, health technology assessment, health economics and outcomes research, and payer decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- German is the mother tongue or of equal proficiency and fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; additional skills in French or Italian are advantageous
- Strong commitment to compliance, ethical standards, collaboration, accountability, and delivering results.

CHF132,000.00 - CHF181,500.00
