Job Description

About the role 

The Manager, Collaboration & Productivity Platforms is responsible for leading the delivery, operation, and evolution of platform services supporting Takeda's collaboration and productivity ecosystem. This role ensures platform services are aligned with customer needs, enterprise standards, security requirements, and strategic objectives while delivering high-quality user experiences and reliable service outcomes. 

How you will contribute 

  • Lead platform engineering and service delivery teams responsible for collaboration and productivity technologies. 

  • Establish priorities, roadmaps, and operational objectives for assigned platform domains. 

  • Manage platform implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and lifecycle management activities. 

  • Oversee service performance, platform health, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives. 

  • Lead platform upgrades, transformation efforts, and service modernization programs. 

  • Partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities. 

  • Drive governance, compliance, risk management, and lifecycle management activities. 

  • Manage platform incidents, change management processes, and continuous service improvements. 

  • Coach and develop engineers and platform specialists. 

  • Manage vendor relationships and service delivery commitments. 

  • Drive adoption, enablement, automation, and productivity improvements. 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Strong knowledge of collaboration and productivity platforms including Microsoft 365 services. 

  • Experience managing platform delivery, service operations, and technical teams. 

  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Service Management frameworks. 

  • Experience leading platform modernization and transformation initiatives. 

  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, integrations, automation, and governance frameworks. 

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. 

  • Experience managing vendors, projects, and operational performance metrics. 

Leadership Expectations 

As a platform leader, you will be accountable for platform service outcomes, roadmap execution, operational performance, and team development. You will balance business priorities, engineering excellence, governance requirements, and customer experience objectives while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Base Salary Range:

zł215,000.00 - zł295,570.00

The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
