  • Collaborate across functions to implement strategic plans, including key opinion leader and account engagement initiatives.
  • Support evidence generation activities by contributing to real-world evidence programs, investigator-initiated studies, and opportunities to address data gaps.
  • Strengthen scientific capability and data quality through training, knowledge sharing, accurate documentation, and effective use of customer relationship management systems.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong scientific communication skills with the ability to present complex medical information effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Experience using digital tools, data analytics, and omnichannel engagement approaches to support scientific exchange and insight generation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and make sound decisions within established guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging external healthcare stakeholders.
  • Native-level proficiency in German or French and excellent conversational English skills.
