About the role
The Senior Manager, Collaboration & Productivity Platform Services is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous evolution of Takeda's collaboration and productivity platform portfolio. This role owns multiple platform domains and leads teams responsible for engineering, service delivery, platform operations, digital workplace transformation, automation, AI enablement, and technology innovation.
The Platform Owner drives alignment between business priorities, user needs, enterprise technology strategy, and operational excellence while ensuring platform investments deliver measurable business value and employee productivity outcomes.
How you will contribute
Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and operating model for collaboration and productivity platforms.
Lead multiple teams responsible for engineering, operations, service management, governance, and platform transformation.
Establish portfolio priorities, investment plans, and delivery strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
Drive modernization initiatives across Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity platforms, automation technologies, and digital workplace services.
Partner with Business Relationship Managers, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure leadership to shape platform strategy.
Govern platform performance, service quality, operational risk, compliance, and financial management.
Lead adoption and value realization programs for collaboration, automation, and AI technologies.
Sponsor innovation initiatives that improve employee experience, productivity, automation, and operational efficiency.
Manage strategic vendor relationships, contracts, service agreements, and partner ecosystems.
Communicate portfolio performance, investment priorities, strategic risks, and roadmap progress to senior leadership.
Develop leadership capabilities within the organization and foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience leading enterprise collaboration, productivity, and digital workplace platforms.
Deep expertise across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Entra ID, Power Platform, and related technologies.
Strong understanding of platform governance, enterprise architecture, service management, cloud operations, and security frameworks.
Proven experience managing large-scale transformation, modernization, and adoption initiatives.
Experience managing portfolios, budgets, vendors, and strategic technology investments.
Strong executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to define operating models and technology strategies aligned with business priorities.
Experience leading managers, senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
