Job Description
The Executive Assistant, Senior Support provides high-level administrative support to senior executives based in Europe and the United States. This role plays an important part in enabling leaders to operate effectively by coordinating priorities, managing communications, and supporting key business activities. Working within a global environment, the position helps maintain efficient workflows, facilitates collaboration across stakeholders, and ensures that critical information and processes are managed with accuracy and professionalism. Through strong organization, communication, and operational support, this role contributes to the smooth functioning of executive leadership activities and supports the organization's mission of delivering Better Health and a Brighter Future.
How You Will Contribute
- Manage complex executive schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to support business priorities.
