Job Description
You will report to the Head of Digital Talent Acquisition and focus on business analysis and product improvement work that helps shape how teams use technology and processes. You will identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, define scope and objectives, and recommend product and process changes that support business goals. In this role, you will leverage your Workday Recruiting expertise to enhance the hiring experience, support recruiting technology solutions, and manage technical support cases through resolution
How you will contribute:
Work with business partners to understand needs and turn them into clear product and technical requirements
Support Workday Recruiting related needs, including process improvement, requirements gathering, and coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and technology teams
Provide technical support on the Talent Acquisition technology portfolio and manage support cases through resolution
Ensure program and project teams comply with applicable governance policies and processes
Share status, risks, and results with key partners to support product delivery and adoption
Communicate with key partners on status, risks, and accomplishments to support delivery
Develop and maintain project documents and records throughout the project lifecycle
Apply data analysis methods and tools to help guide product and business decisions
Skills and qualifications:
At least 5 years of business analysis experience
Professional working proficiency in English
Comfort with emerging technologies, adaptability to digital tools, and openness to AI-enabled processes
Proficient in business analysis with the ability to perform complex analysis and provide insights that guide decision-making
Experience supporting product work, including defining requirements, improving user experience, and guiding delivery
Experience with Workday Recruiting and supporting recruiting process needs through technology and process improvement
Build productive relationships with business partners
Experience using Jira and Agile methods to manage project work
Explain complex information clearly to cross-functional teams
Experience applying data analysis to business requirements
As a senior professional, you're adept at solving a range of moderate scope and complexity problems, occasionally referring to policies and practices for guidance. Your work involves analyzing situations and data, exercising judgment within established procedures, and fostering productive relationships internally and externally. You possess solid knowledge of industry practices and contribute to departmental projects and goals, often engaging in frequent internal and external interactions. You will lead small project teams while working with minimal guidance yourself.

zł177,000.00 - zł243,430.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
