Medical Advisor, Neuroscience and PDT — Finland
Location: Finland
About the role
We are looking for a Medical Advisor to join our Medical Affairs team in Finland, supporting Neuroscience and Plasma-Derived Therapies.
In this role, you will be the scientific expert for your therapeutic areas, shaping Nordic and local medical strategy, engaging with external stakeholders, and contributing to initiatives that improve patient outcomes.
How you will contribute
Develop and execute medical plans for assigned therapeutic areas in Finland.
Build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and relevant external stakeholders.
Communicate clinical and scientific evidence in a clear, balanced, and non-promotional way.
Provide medical input to brand plans, materials, medical education, advisory boards, and peer-to-peer activities.
Identify evidence gaps and support local evidence generation, real-world evidence activities, and clinical research opportunities.
Work closely with local, Nordic, regional, and global colleagues to ensure strong alignment and collaboration.
Ensure all activities are delivered to high ethical, scientific, and compliance standards.
What you bring
University degree in life sciences; an advanced scientific degree is an advantage.
Solid experience from Medical Affairs or a comparable pharmaceutical medical role.
Strong scientific acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear, relevant communication.
Good understanding of the Finnish healthcare environment and stakeholder landscape.
Experience with clinical research, real-world evidence, or evidence generation is an advantage.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
High ethical standards and a strong patient-focused mindset.
