Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE 
 

  • Serve as the business and product partner for the Pricing Domain, shaping how digital and AIenabled products enable optimal, compliant and consistently executed pricing decisions across markets in close alignment with the Digital Access & Pricing Sen. Lead. 

  • The role is accountable for defining pricing product strategy, outcomes and roadmaps within the mAI Access ecosystem and ensuring solutions deliver measurable improvements in pricing quality, transparency and execution effectiveness. 

  • Acts as the strategic anchor between Pricing leaders and DD&T delivery teams, retaining strong oversight of delivery while maintaining a clear productmanagement focus. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 
 

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Pricing Strategy and Pricing Operations digital capabilities within mAI Access. 

  • Partner and prioritise with Pricing leaders to shape future pricing capabilities, informed by business priorities and regulatory realities. 

  • Set clear outcomebased priorities for embedded Product Owners and delivery teams. 

  • Ensure pricing solutions are fitforpurpose, auditable and compliant, aligned to governance and policy expectations. 

  • Maintain accountability for value realisation, including decision quality, execution efficiency, compliance adherence and cycletime improvements. 

  • Oversee delivery progress through governance forums, milestone checkpoints and KPI reviews. 

  • Shape rollout models and adoption strategies across markets, acknowledging local constraints. 

  • Represent Pricing product priorities in portfoliolevel tradeoffs and investment discussions within mAI Access.

COMPETENCIES and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 
 

  • Experience in digital product management, programme delivery or business analysis, ideally within Pricing, Market Access or commercial operations in pharma or healthcare. 

  • Solid understanding of global and local pricing strategy and operations, including price setting, governance, international reference pricing, and launch/execution processes. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global digital product development and rollout in complex, highly regulated environments. 

  • High level of digital, data and AI fluency, with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams to deliver practical solutions. 

  • Experience working in agile or productled operating models, including backlog management and iterative delivery. 

  • Strong background in business transformation or digital product leadership. 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across global, regional and local organisations, with confidence engaging senior leaders. 

  • Experience managing external vendors and technology partners.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in productled organisations. 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, business, economics, technology or a related field. 

  • Language: Excellent English skills

Base Salary Range:

€80,500.00 - €110,660.00
